This report explains the reasons for the present situation on oral nicotine pouches and the path trodden to get to this point with regard to regulation for the same and the tobacco industry actions affecting the former. It analyses the interference of the tobacco industry with the regulation of oral nicotine pouches in the Kenyan market.
